Welcome to the Art of Good Enough! Where we explore what it means to be in a loving, kind and compassionate relationship with ourselves, our life and the world around us.

I am currently embarking on an exploration of how to live and move like water. As someone who is decidedly earth based and who finds delight and safety in structure, but (maybe, also) uses that structure as a means to control, and push, prod and force, her life into submission, this exploration is a loving reminder to let some of that control go.
